I am still trying to decide which season is my favorite at Izatys! Once the snow falls, the resort is transformed into a winter wonderland! Besides ice fishing, snowmobiling, and snowshoeing, we also have some of the finest cross country ski trails in the entire state! You can chose to relax by the fire, or get out in the snow and enjoy everything Minnesota winters have to offer! Spring is a magical time to spend watching the glistening mountains of ice break up on the lake. Each day your view will change and you are sure to see something new! In the summer, you can play a round of golf on our fabulous golf course one day and rent a boat from the marina the next! You and your family should be able to get their fill of swimming in the lake and in the pool. At the end of the day, fry up your catch in the full kitchen or try your hand at BBQing it on the charcoal grill. If the weather is nice, you can dine on the porch or fold up the table and bring it lakeside! We have 3 lots, wooded and a sandy beach. The apartment sits above the garage and rivals any hotel room the area. It includes a queen bed, full bath and plenty of window space. It also has central air and satellite TV. Very private. Any renter would have full access to the lots, including the dock and lake frontage. Soon, our wood fired sauna will be finished and available. There will be a $25 dry cleaning charge for each large blanket left soiled or dirty. We ask you strip the bedding that was used and put it in the laundry basket in bathroom cabinet. Please clean all of your dishes, and empty the fridge of any left over food. We do have a shared condiments policy (bring some, use some, leave some, share some :) ) We do have a professional cleaning service that comes and cleans after each departure however, we also ask that you care for our cabin as if it were your own and take care of all of the above before cleaners arrive! This property is located on the South East side of Mille Lacs, just north of Isle, Minnesota. If you are familiar with this area you already know about the great fishing and recreation on this 132,516 acre lake. If you are not from the area and are a fisherman, you are truly missing out! This property overlooks the lake to the south west and provides for extraordinary sunsets. The property has 100 feet of shoreline with a private dock. There is a boat launch, bar, eatery and marina less than 100 yards down the road from the cabin (within walking distance) that has some sort of entertainment on most weekends and EXCELLENT food. The 3 bedrooms all have bunk beds with a full size bed on the lower half and a twin above. There is an extra hideaway bed on the main floor and a full size couch in the basement.
